TsingWan BioTech Completes First Standardized Ub-AMC Synthesis Run

In July 2026, Hefei TsingWan BioTechnology Co., Ltd. announced the successful completion of the first standardized synthesis run of its flagship product, Ub-AMC. Five independent batches were synthesized and purified, all meeting the ≥95% HPLC purity standard, with mass spectrometry molecular weight deviation below 0.01%, marking the maturation of the company's research-grade quality control system.

Triple Quality Control System

The company has established a full-chain quality control process covering raw materials, intermediates, and final product:

• HPLC Purity Analysis: C18 reverse-phase gradient elution, dual-wavelength UV detection (214/254 nm), purity ≥95%
• High-Resolution MS Confirmation: ESI-TOF exact mass determination; deviation between theoretical and observed ≤0.01%
• Enzymatic Activity Validation: Active-site titration using recombinant USP7 catalytic domain to ensure Km within reference range
